We are proud to announce the official opening of the Canoë sales and rental office — and the enthusiasm has already exceeded expectations. More than one hundred visitors joined us on opening day to discover this unique real estate project in the heart of Hochelaga.

The office is located inside Phase 1 of the Canoë project. Access is via Bennett Street, where convenient parking is available. Follow the wooden ramp to reach the entrance.
During your visit, explore the full Canoë project using our interactive display, which includes:
- Available rental apartments and condos
- Common areas and commercial spaces
- Pedestrian walkways and outdoor landscaping
The first rental apartments will be ready by July 2025, and condos for sale—ranging from one to three bedrooms—are scheduled for 2027 occupancy.
