Rachel Julien is proud to present Hallō, a new rental condo project coming to the heart of NDG. With 21 floors, units ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos, and a variety of shared spaces, Hallō is designed to offer a modern, comfortable and connected living environment.
Located just steps from Vendôme metro station, the train and the MUHC, the project will feature 288 rental condos, with occupancy beginning in spring 2027.
October 1, 2026 will mark the official launch of Hallō. Plans, pricing and unit details will be unveiled, giving future residents the opportunity to discover the project and begin their search for a new rental condo.
