Quartier 54

Winner of a call for proposals from the City of Montreal, Quartier 54 is named after the streetcar line that once ran along Rosemont Boulevard. Rachel Julien drew inspiration from this to develop a project imbued with an environmental vision. Features such as the use of alternative transportation, energy-efficient buildings and a community committed to environmental care reflect this vision. Quartier 54 includes 350 units of various sizes and designs to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
