Place Delacroix
The former church and its presbytery were transformed into residential condos for the church portion and a community building for the presbytery, presenting a significant challenge for the company. Our innovative goal was to preserve the social role of the adjacent building by allowing local community groups to acquire the presbytery at an accessible price. The Saint-Jean-de-la-Croix presbytery now houses the Family Centre of La Petite-Patrie, accommodating three community organizations since 2002. The residential project Place Delacroix consists of a total of 70 units, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom condos, along with two levels of parking.
