Launched at the end of 1993, Les Cours du Cloître includes 196 condominium units and was a great success. The target market exceeded expectations at the time, and the project was completed in a record time of 19 months. Located at the northern edge of the Plateau-Mont-Royal, this real estate development was one of the first to integrate into the periphery of an industrial area, contributing to the revitalization of a now-thriving sector. The project received an excellence award.
