The transformation of two former textile factories and the addition of a community building, the Condos de la Gare project combines quality construction with affordable pricing near Jarry Park, Jean-Talon Market and the train station. Specific challenges for this project included decontamination and the construction of underground parking, both of which required underpinning work. The project consists of three phases totalling 350 units. Phase 3 is a community residence for the elderly, serving the Hellenic community of Montreal.
