Winner of a call for proposals from the City of Montreal, Le SOMO was strategically placed on Jeanne-Mance Street, just steps away from the Caisse de dépôt building in the Quartier International. It has helped to consolidate the urban fabric of the block formed by Anderson, De la Gauchetière, Jeanne-Mance and René-Lévesque Boulevard.
