This century-old building is located at the corner of Rachel and Henri-Julien streets in the Plateau-Mont-Royal. Originally a religious building no longer meeting the community's needs, it was acquired for conversion into residential units. Specific challenges for this project included preserving the architectural integrity, adding another storey over two-thirds of the building and constructing underground parking, which required significant underpinning work. The project consists of a total of 31 units, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom condos.
