Winner of a call for proposals launched by the S.D.M. (Société de Développement de Montréal), the Îlot Anderson project is located in the block formed by Anderson, De la Gauchetière, Jeanne-Mance and René-Lévesque Boulevard. This project has helped to consolidate the urban fabric of the area. Its contemporary architecture integrates seamlessly with the built environment of its surroundings. The project was awarded an excellence prize.
