Winner of a call for proposals from the City of Montreal, the Berri-Bonsecours project has significantly transformed the block in this area of Old Montreal. Its unique location in the heart of the historic district required a sensitive conceptual approach. The architecture integrated the qualities of the built environment while featuring a contemporary architectural style. The six-storey building includes 19 condominium units. The project has been awarded an excellence prize.
