The Canoë team is pleased to announce the official start of construction for Phase 2 of the project, an important milestone in creating a sustainable and inclusive living environment in the heart of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. This phase, scheduled for delivery in spring 2027, will include 89 condominiums as well as five local businesses, including an 80-spot childcare center. It continues a human scaled vision focused on accessibility, community, and quality of life.
Already completed and occupied, Phase 1 features 210 rental apartments and a Maxi grocery store on the ground floor. A few units are still available. Canoë is now moving forward with the arrival of future phases, integrating new services, ecofriendly amenities and public spaces designed to encourage connection, sustainable mobility, and a genuine sense of belonging within the neighborhood. This approach reflects the vision of Rachel Julien, whose projects have prioritized sustainable, people centered, and harmoniously integrated living environments for over 30 years.
